Company Phone Setup

Company Phone Setup and Usage Essentials is a practical 1–2 hour course for new hires in their first 90 days. You will learn how to complete the initial setup of your issued company phone, connect it to the company network, configure access to the email system, and use the device according to company safety, security, and usage best practices. By the end of the course, you will be able to set up your phone for use in and out of the office, apply secure usage habits, and follow company expectations for phone use. Each module ends with a 5-question multiple choice quiz to confirm understanding. This course does not cover what to do if your phone is lost or needs to be reset.
