New Employee Orientation

The New Employee Orientation Test is a 2–4 hour assessment that confirms your grasp of the essentials you need for day one and beyond. It covers our mission and values, code of conduct, anti-harassment basics, DEI principles, data privacy and security fundamentals, time reporting, workplace safety, benefits eligibility, and where to find help. You’ll answer a mix of multiple-choice and short scenario questions drawn from the orientation modules. A score of 80% or higher records completion in the LMS and unlocks your next onboarding tasks; if you miss the mark, you’ll receive targeted review tips and a quick retake. The test is mobile-friendly, WCAG-aligned, and includes inline links back to reference materials for just-in-time learning.
